The Board of Directors consists of 21 elected and up to 2 appointed Directors. In odd numbered years 11 Directors are elected; in even numbered years 10 Directors are elected. Each Director is elected for a 2-year term. Directors may be appointed to fill vacancies that occur during the year. Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at noon, until further notice. All Chamber Members are welcome to attend; however, an advance notice should be given for any presentations in order to prepare introductions and allot the time on the agenda.
