Dr. Roland E. Loudermilk, D.C
April 1, 1941--February 24, 2012

Dr. Roland E. Loudermilk of North Hollywood, California passed away on February 24, 2012 at home surrounded by his wife and family after a brave struggle with a terminal form of cancer. A Memorial Service will held beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Pierce Brothers Valhalla Mortuary, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606.

Dr. Loudermilk, "Rusty," was a caring and generous man. He loved his family, looked out for his friends, and did his best to bring healing to all his patients. He was always there when anyone needed him.

Rusty loved to clown around and entertaining his friends, family, and even strangers with his jokes and silly stories. He had a great passion for the earth and its creatures. He loved playing tennis and watching sports on TV. Rusty loved Old Western movies, and acting; he was able to combine these three loves into a short movie entitled "The Prospector" that was filmed last year.

Dr. Loudermilk leaves his loving wife Margit, daughter Betina, and son David, sisters, Della, Clarissa, Thelma, Frances, and brother Paul, and many friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

 The Law Offices of Frank, Greenberg, Simone & Stefanski hosts an open forum with Senior Law Partner, Martin Simone.

This Q & A presentation is focused towards explanation and solutions to the recently increased enforcement by the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (I-9 Policies) being targeted at our local business community.

Martin Simone’s expertise regarding this topic was recently featured on the Larry Elder KABC Radio Program. With so many call-in questions that were unable to be addressed, within the radio time slot, the firm felt it would be beneficial to go directly to our local community with essential educational and awareness information about this very important issue.

From Josh Smith Executive Director of People in Progress;

It is with deep sadness that I must tell you that Dennis O’Sullivan succumbed to cancer at 8:05 on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Dennis was not only the past Executive Director of People In Progress, but one of our clients in 1990. Since that time, Dennis quite literally dedicated his life to helping others, not only at the agency, but also in the community at large, having served on numerous boards and committees.

In speaking with his neighbor this past weekend, he recounted to me that Dennis said that he was at peace and acceptance with his illness and said that he was “leaving this life having helped more people than he hurt.” We should all be so fortunate.
At Dennis’ request no formal arrangements will be made.
