This determination letter (PDF) was released Feb. 24th from the City Planning Commission Office. The final appeal date is March 16.  We will keep you apprised as the case moves through the appeal process at the City Council.  Thank you for your continued support.

Last week, President and COO Larry O'Donnell and two Waste Management employees who took part in the new CBS reality show, "Undercover Boss," all went to Chicago to sit down on Oprah's couch.
