Since 1980 Dimion's Family Restaurant has served the community of Sun Valley. The owners, Mike & Eleni, have been active in the community for years and are virtually famous with the local law enforcement and local political representatives. They have now decided to change their operations and on April 26, 2009 they closed the doors to Dimion's forever. Not to dismay, they will return after a short remodel and will be opening their doors as Bob’s Big Boy. It will be the Only Bob’s Big Boy to have a liquor license, so the bar is not going anywhere. On April 16, 2009 Dimion's hosted their last Sun Valley Chamber mixer ever, and when we get a firm date on the reopening, Bob’s Big Boy will be hosting their first!
